Ricky is the financial mastermind at Marketing Kitchen, known for his impeccable number-crunching skills and sharp eye for detail. With 20 years of experience across Direct Marketing, Consumer Packaged Goods, and Computer Hardware, Ricky makes even the most complex spreadsheets look easy.

When not balancing budgets and managing cash flow, Ricky’s hunting down the city’s best vegan baked goods, playing with his energetic son, or perfecting his latest cookie recipe. A lifelong cat lover and dedicated advocate for animal welfare, he also co-runs Peace Fur Paws, a nonprofit he founded with his wife, Julie, to support animals in need.

Ricky’s mix of financial savvy, community spirit, and humour makes him an invaluable part of our team. And don’t worry - he’s not actually cooking the books – only brownies (but it’s a bold move going all ‘bake-off’ against Audrey’s legendary Banana Bread… Just saying.)
