Jey

Jey is originally from Jaffna in northern Sri Lanka, but moved to Canada over a decade ago leaving behind his friends and family but bringing with him his lovely wife Anu and the pair are now raising their family here.

He’s a machine operator (and fortunately for MK he can work most of them) and frankly is a master of the production line and his operation skills are legendary. Does he represent a safe pair of hands? – absolutely! His speed and dexterity have been fine honed following years of cricket. He still remains an avid fan albeit more watching than playing nowadays.

Jey is quite the chef at home and loves making Sri Lanken or Indian spicy food and curry – preferably chicken based and ideally washed down with a cold beer. On a more restrictive lunch hour, prepping a perfect pizza has to suffice instead…
